✅ IBA Manager Age Limit
Minimum 25 years and Maximum 35 years.
✅ IBA Manager Pay Scale
The IBA Manager posts a Basic Pay range of ₹ 45600 – 108900 at present.
✅ IBA Manager Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Manager: B.A, B.Com, B.E (Computer Science), B.Ed, B.Sc, B.Sc (IT), B.Tech, B.Tech (Computer Science), BA in Journalism & Mass Communication, BA in Mass Media & Communication, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelors in Medicine, BBA, BCA, BMM, LLB. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Banking/Financial industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
✔️ Manager (PS & BT): LLB or equivalent certifications. Minimum 5 years experience in handling legal matters in the Banking or Financial Sector/Legal firm is preferred.
✔️ Manager (Legal): B.E./B.Tech (Computer Science)/B.Sc (IT)/MCA or equivalent certifications from reputed institutes. 5 years experience preferably in the Banking or Financial Sector (in their IT Department)/IT Industry.

For Manager posts, selection will be based on a short listing of applicants and subsequent round of Personal Interviews and/ or any other selection method.
