Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT): Four years integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE recognized institution in the concerned subject (OR) Bachelors Honours Degree in the concerned subject. Candidate should have studied requisite subjects for at least 2 years in the 03-year degree course. (OR) Bachelor’s Degree in the concerned subject.
Hostel Warden: Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT or other NCTE-recognized institution in the concerned subject. (OR) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

(a) Who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living (OR)
(b) Having a spouse living has entered into or contracted marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post. Provided that NESTS may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the Personal Law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and there are other grounds for doing so, exempt any person from the operation of these Rules.

Post Graduate Teacher (PGT): Master’s Degree / Post Graduate in concerned subject + B.Ed.
