Project Engineer: Initial CTC (with min. exp required) – ₹ 4.49 LPA to ₹ 7.11 LPA (Candidates with higher experience within the given bracket will be offered higher salary as per policy)
Senior Project Engineer / Project Lead / Module Lead: Initial CTC (with min. exp. required) ₹ 8.49 LPA to ₹ 14 LPA (Candidates with higher experience within the given bracket will be offered higher salary as per policy).
PM / Prog Manager/ Prog Del. Manager / Knowledge Partner: Initial CTC (with min. exp required) ₹ 12.63 LPA – ₹ 22.9 LPA (Candidates with higher experience within the given bracket will be offered higher salary as per policy)
Project Officer: Minimum ₹ 5.11 LPA
Project Service and Support (Linguist): ₹ 3 LPA

Project Engineer: Project Engineer: B.E/ B.Tech. or equivalent degree (OR) Post Graduate degree in Science/ Computer Application or relevant domain(s) (OR) ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree (OR) Ph.D. in relevant discipline. Minimum 0 – 4 years experience.
Senior Project Engineer / Project Lead / Module Lead: B.E/ B.Tech. or equivalent degree (OR) Post Graduate degree in Science/ Computer Application or relevant domain(s) (OR) ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree (OR) Ph.D. in relevant discipline. Minimum 3 – 7 years experience.
PM / Prog Manager/ Prog Del. Manager / Knowledge Partner: B.E/ B.Tech. or equivalent degree (OR) Post Graduate degree in Science/ Computer Application or the relevant domain(s) (OR) ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree (OR) Ph.D. in relevant discipline. Minimum 9 – 15 years experience.
Project Officer: 02 years full-time Post Graduate in Linguist or equivalent relevant professional qualification. Minimum 3+ years experience.
Project Service and Support (Linguist): Graduates (Linguist) + Minimum 03 years experience (OR) Post Graduates with 50% marks at Graduate level. Nil Experience.
