The pay Level in the Pay Matrix is Pay Level 7.
✅ BIS Section Officer Eligibility Criteria
(1) 02 years MBA with Personnel/ Finance specialization (OR) Post Graduate Degree/ 02 years Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management/ Finance.
(2) Other Eligibility: Persons holding analogous posts regularly (OR) Candidates in Level-6 in the pay matrix with 3 years of regular service.
