✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
Retired Bank Employees: Maximum 64 years at appointment, 65 years for continuation. Young Candidates: 21-45 years at appointment, 60 years for continuation (as on 04/06/2025).
✔️ Educational Qualifications & Experience:
Retired Bank Employees: Retired officers (up to Senior Manager/equivalent) from PSU/RRB/Private/Co-operative Banks, or retired clerks of Central Bank of India with JAIIB, plus 3 years rural banking experience.
Young Candidates: Graduate with computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Internet); preference for M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, MBA. Preferably from Trivandrum/Kollam districts, proficient in local language/dialect (reading/writing).
Note: Candidates must be willing to visit villages in the district. Those with adverse records (e.g., termination, poor CIBIL) are ineligible. Police verification is required before duty assignment.

✔️ Due diligence, including KYC and CIBIL reports, conducted at appointment.
