✅ Pay Scale:
✔️ Minimum CTC: ₹14.68 lakh per annum (increases with experience).
✔️ Fixed (80%) and variable (20%) components, with variable pay based on performance parameters.
✅ EXIM Bank Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit (as on 31.05.2025):
Maximum 35 years.
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
(1) Graduation (B.Sc./B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics & Communication with minimum 60% marks OR
(2) Post-Graduation (MCA/M.Tech) in Computer Science/Information Technology with minimum 50% marks from a recognised university/institute approved by the Government/AICTE/UGC.
✔️ Minimum Work Experience:
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience with Scheduled Commercial Banks, All India Financial Institutions, or System Integrator Service Providers for the BFSI sector in IT or Fintech.
✔️ Other Requirements: Excellent communication skills.

✔️ Shortlisting of applications based on total percentage marks in Graduation/ Post-Graduation (1:10 ratio, max 60 candidates for 6 posts).
