Age Limit

  • The candidate was born between 02-01-2004 and 02-07-2007 (both dates inclusive).
  • In case a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as of the date of enrollment should be 21 years.
Qualification

  • Candidates Should Possess a 10+2 Diploma (Relevant Engg).
Physical Standards

  • Height: For male candidates, height is 152.5 cm; for female candidates, it is 152 cm. A lower minimum height of 147 cm will be accepted for candidates from the hilly regions of Uttarakhand. For candidates from Lakshadweep, the minimum height will be 150 cm.
  • Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
  • Chest: For Male Candidates, the Minimum chest is 77 cm, and the chest expansion should be at least 05 cm; for Female Candidates, the chest wall should be well proportioned and well developed with a minimum range of expansion of 05 cm
  • Hearing: Should have normal hearing, i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 06 meters by each ear separately
  • Dental: You should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth and a minimum of 14 dental points.

Visual Standards

  • Visual Acuity: 6/12 each eye, correctable to 6/6 each eye
  • Maximum limits of Refractive error: Hypermetropia:+2.0D Myopia: 1D including ± 0.50 D Astigmatism
  • Colour Vision: CP-II
