MRPL Assistant Executive Age Limit:
Maximum 27 years for UR and EWS categories.
The Upper age relaxation is 03 years for OBC (NCL).
The cutoff date shall be 24/02/2024.
MRPL Assistant Executive Salary:
MRPL Assistant Executive Eligibility Criteria:
(1) 02 years MBA in Marketing/ Operations Management/ Supply Chain/ Business Management/ Analytics/ International Trade (OR)
(2) Graduate Degree with 02 Years Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing/ International Trade/ Supply Chain.
(3) Working knowledge of Kannada language is desirable.
(4) The Candidate shall possess valid UGC-NET marks in the corresponding UGC-NET subjects (Management – Subject Code 17). The results of UGC-NET December 2023 will only be considered.
MRPL Assistant Executive Selection Process:
(1) The selection methodology will comprise initial shortlisting based on valid UGC-NET December 2023 marks, followed by Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI).
(2) The shortlisting of candidates for GD and PI will be done based on the marks they obtained in the UGC-NET in December 2023. Marks from any previous or other UGC-NET examination will not be considered.
(3) Candidates will be called for GD and PI in the ratio of 1:5 (i.e., 1 Post: 5 Candidates, as per the reservation of posts). If multiple candidates have the same UGC NET marks, the candidate with higher marks in the essential qualification will be considered.
MRPL Assistant Executive Application Fee:
(1) A Non-Refundable fee of ₹ 110/- + GST 18% for General (UR) / OBC category candidates.
(2) SC / ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Serviceman categories are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
(3) The fee should be made online using Credit / Debit Card / Net Banking.

- Eligible candidates should apply online through the MRPL Company Online Application Portal (advt93.recttindia.in) starting 25th January 2024. Candidates are required to create a User Name (Login ID) and Password using their details. Once the Login ID and Password are generated, click “Sign In” to log in and apply for a suitable post.
- The Candidates must upload a scanned copy of a recent (not older than 6 months) colour passport-size photograph, a scanned copy of their signature, a UGC-NET scorecard, and a Caste Certificate, among other necessary documents.
