- Minimum Age Limit for teachers of secondary (class 9 to 10), higher secondary schools (class 11 to 12) & class 6 to 10 and class 11 to 12 of SC/ ST Welfare Dept: 21 Years
- Maximum age for all the above posts:
- Unreserved (Male): 37 years
- BC/ EBC (Male & Female) and Unreserved Female: 40 years
- SC/ ST (Male & Female): 42 Years
- The age of old age retirement is fixed at 60 years.
