✅ AIC MT Recruitment 2025 Age Limit:
Minimum Age – 21 years.
Maximum Age – 30 years.
The Upper Age Relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST / Ex-servicemen, 03 years for OBC NCL, 10 years for PwBD.
✅ AIC MT Recruitment 2025 Salary:
The consolidated pay is ₹ 60,000/- per month as a Management Trainee. Upon successful completion, they will be absorbed as Scale-I officers (Administrative Officers) with a starting Basic Pay of ₹ 50,925/- in the scale of ₹ 50,925-25,000(14)-85,925-2,710(4)-96,765, along with applicable allowances. Gross emoluments will be approximately Rs. 90,000/- per month, depending on the posting location.
✅ AIC MT Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria:
MT (Generalist): Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.
MT (IT): B. E / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ MCA.
MT (Actuarial): Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in Statistics/ Mathematics/ Actuarial Sciences/ Economics/ Operations Research (OR) Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in any discipline + Credit of minimum 2 papers from IAI / IFoA, UK as per the new curriculum.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: Degree examination for Minimum 60% marks for UR/OBC/EWS candidates and minimum 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

The Selection is based on the following steps:-
