✅ Age Limit:
– Maximum 50 years (55 years with relaxation).
– Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ ST/Pwbd/ Government Servants, 3 years for OBC.
– Age limit counted as on 14th June 2025.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Assistant Professor (Medical): MBBS with MD/MS or equivalent; 3 years teaching/research experience in broad specialities, or DM/M.Ch with 1 year (2/5-year course) or no experience (3/6-year course) in super specialities. DNB/Drnb candidates require training in a 500+ bed hospital or a 1-year senior residency in an NMC-recognised institution if trained in a hospital with fewer than 500 beds.
(2) Assistant Professor (Non-Medical): Master’s degree with PhD and 3 years teaching/research experience in relevant discipline (e.g., Biostatistics, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Clinical Psychology, Medical Physics, Physiology).
(3) Tutor (College of Nursing): B.Sc. Nursing or Registered Nurse/Midwife with Sister Tutor’s Diploma, Registered Nurse/Midwife, and 3 years teaching experience in a recognised institution.
(4) SC/ST candidates may get a 1-year experience relaxation at the discretion of the competent authority.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Assistant Professor: Screening based on objective criteria (academic achievements, research/publications, teaching/presentations, max 75 marks). Top 10 scorers per post (or multiple of 10 for multiple posts) shortlisted for interview. Final selection based on the Standing Selection Committee assessment.
✔️ Tutor: Written exam followed by interview. Exam details to be notified on the website.
✔️ Mandatory document verification at interview; failure to produce originals leads to disqualification.

✔️ EWS/SC/ST: ₹ 2,400/- (refundable for SC/ST appearing in interview)
✔️ Pwbd: Exempted
