✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit:
Asst. Manager (F&A, P&A): Maximum 37 years.
Addl. Officer (F&A) Gr-II: Maximum 40 years.
Dy. Officer (F&A): Maximum 42 years.
Dy. Manager (P&A): Maximum 42 years.
Age relaxation as per Government of India rules.
✔️ Educational Qualifications and Experience:
Asst. Manager (F&A) (1 Post):
(i) Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Works/Management Accountant (ICWA).
(ii) Graduate Degree in Commerce with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance specialisation) from AICTE-approved institutions.
(iii) Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
Addl. Officer (F&A) Gr-II / Dy. Officer (F&A) (2 Posts):
(i) Graduate with an Intermediate Pass in CA or ICWA.
(ii) 4 years’ experience for Addl. Officer Gr-II or 6 years’ experience for Dy. Officer in Finance & Accounts with thorough knowledge of INDAS.
Dy. Manager (P&A) / Asst. Manager (P&A) (1 Post):
(i) Graduate with a Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma (2 years) in Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, or MSW.
(ii) Minimum 7 years’ experience for Dy. Manager or 3 years’ experience for Asst. Manager in the Human Resource Department of a reputed organisation.
(iii) Must be conversant with routine HR & Administrative functions, factory experience, labour laws compliance, and proficiency in MS Office.
(iv) Preference for candidates with hands-on factory experience and basic knowledge of labour laws.
