✅ BDL Management Trainee Salary:
Management Trainee: Grade II, ₹ 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
Assistant Manager: Grade II, ₹ 40,000 – 1,40,000/-
Senior Manager: Grade V, ₹ 70,000 – 2,00,000/-
Deputy General Manager: Grade VI, ₹ 80,000 – 2,20,000/-
✅ BDL Management Trainee Eligibility Criteria:
MT (Electronics): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or equivalent.
MT (Mechanical): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
MT (Electrical): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or equivalent.
MT (Computer Science): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
MT (Cyber Security): First Class Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cyber Security or equivalent, or First Class Bachelor’s in CS/IT with specific certifications.
MT (Chemical): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or equivalent, or First Class M.Sc in Chemistry.
MT (Civil): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or equivalent.
MT (Business Development): First Class Bachelor in Engineering + First Class MBA in Marketing.
MT (Public Relations): First Class MBA/Post Graduate in Public Relations or related fields.
MT (Finance): Pass in CA/CMA or First Class MBA in Finance.
MT (Human Resources): First Class MBA in HR or related fields, Law graduate desirable.
MT (Official Language): First Class MA in Hindi/English with Translation Diploma.
AM (Legal): First Class LLB of 3 or 5 years
ASM (Civil) / DGM (Civil): First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or equivalent.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Interviews.
✅ BDL Management Trainee Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 700/- for General / OBC (NCL) / EWS Category Candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-servicemen / Internal Candidates.
✔️ The fee should be made through SBI e-pay (by Debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking/ UPI, etc.)
