Banaras Hindu University (BHU) invites online applications from eligible Graduates for recruitment of Junior Clerk (Non-teaching posts Group ‘C’) to fill up 191 positions at the Pay Level 2. The BHU Junior Clerk Vacancy 2025 Online Application Form filling starts from 18th March 2025 to 17th April 2025. The last date for filling up the online application has been extended up to 30th April 2025.

✅ Age Limit:
18-30 years for general
18-35 years for SC/ST
18-33 for OBC
18-35 years for widows/divorced and women
✅ Pay Scale:
Level 2, ₹ 19,900 – 63,200/-
✅ Educational Qualifications:
(1) 2nd Class Graduate with at least 06 months of training on the use of a Computer for Office Automation, bookkeeping and word processing from a certified Institution or Second Class Graduate with a Diploma in Computer recognised by AICTE.
(2) Computer Typing Test (Skill Test): The Computer Typing Test shall be conducted only of a qualifying nature. Typing speed of 30 words/ minute for English OR 25 words/minute for Hindi is required to qualify for the Computer Typing Test.

The selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of the following steps:-

✅ Application Fee:
₹ 500/- for UR, EWS and OBC category Candidates.
No application fees for SC, ST, Pwbd categories and women candidates.
The application fee is to be paid through the payment gateway in an online application through Internet Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI.
✅ How to Apply:
Eligible candidates must apply online through the BHU Official website. The candidates must upload a Recent Photograph and a Signature. The last date for registration of online applications is 17/04/2025.
The downloaded application form along with the enclosures must be sent to the Office of the Registrar, Recruitment & Assessment Cell, Holkar House, BHU, Varanasi -221005 (U.P.) on or before 22/04/2025 (Tuesday).
