BPSC Headmaster Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
✔ Must have passed post-graduation with at least 50 per cent marks from a recognized university. 05 per cent relaxation will be given in the minimum prescribed marks for Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Extremely Backward Class/Backward Class/Disabled/Women and Economically Weaker Section.
✔️ Must be B. Ed. / B.A.Ed. / B.Sc.Ed. from a recognized Institution.
✔️ Must have passed the teacher eligibility test (STET) for teachers appointed in 2012 or later.
Experience:
✔ Minimum 10 Years of continuous service in the post of Secondary Teacher in a State Government School under a Panchayati Raj institution or Municipal Body institution.
✔ Minimum 12 Years of continuous service in the post of Secondary Teacher in School having permanent affiliation from C.B. S.EA.C. S.E./B.S.E.B.
✔ Minimum of 08 Years of continuous service as a Senior Secondary Teacher in a State Movement School under Panchayati Raj Institution or Municipal Body Institution.
✔ Minimum 10 Years of continuous service in the post of Senior Secondary Teacher in a School having permanent affiliation from C.B.S.M.C.S.E./ B.S.E.

BPSC Headmaster Exam 2024 Details:
The position of Principal/Head Master in the Bihar School Education Board (BSEB) is outlined, and information on the written examination is provided. The exam is objective, featuring Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs), and has a total score of 150 marks. It lasts 2:30 Hours.
This paper will be divided into two parts, namely Part I and Part II. The written exam will be objective and based on multiple-choice questions (MCQ). Each question will carry one mark. There is no provision for negative marking for incorrect answers.
There is no provision for re-evaluation for the written examination. Part-II is a paper on the B.Ed. Subject for Principals. The paper will have questions from the B.Ed. Subject.
