CHESS Hyderabad Apprentice Notification 2024 Out on Employment News Paper dated 11th May 2024 Issue. DRDO Centre for High Energy Systems and Sciences (CHESS) Hyderabad invites applications from B.E., B.Tech, Diploma Holders for engagement of Apprentices (Engineers) for one year in various Engineering Disciplines / Trades under the provisions of Apprentices Act, 1961, as amended in 1961, 1973, 2014. Apply within 21 days from the date of advertisement. The period of training will be One year commencing from execution of the contract of Apprenticeship.

Monthly Salary (Stipend):
Technician Apprentice: ₹ 8000/- per month
Graduate Apprentice: ₹ 9000/- per month
Educational Qualifications:
Technician Apprentice: Diploma in relevant engineering.
Graduate Apprentice: B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate in relevant discipline.
Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Only fresh pass-out candidates (passing their respective courses in 2021, 2022 & 2023) can apply.
(2) Candidates who have passed the qualifying examination earlier than 2021 are not eligible.
(3) Candidates with post-graduate qualifications are not eligible to apply.
(4) Those candidates who have completed the qualifying examination as regular candidates are only eligible to apply.
(5) Degree / Diploma holders, who had training or job experience for one year or more after attaining the essential qualification, shall NOT be eligible for being engaged as an apprentice under the Act.
Selection Process: The Selection will be made based on the Percentage of marks secured by candidates at the essential qualification level OR Personal Interview through Video Conferencing (Virtual) mode for shortlisted candidates only.
How to Apply:
➢ Candidates for Graduate Apprentice (B.E / B.Tech) and Technician Apprentice (Diploma) are required to register in the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS 2.0) portal. The Candidates are requested to fill up the correct details against all the fields along with uploading scanned copies of all the mandatory documents.
➢ Candidates with B.E / B.Tech /Diploma may send their application directly to email [email protected] in the prescribed application format.
➢ The Candidates are required to bring a signed printout of the application along with the originals of the documents submitted online at the time of joining CHESS, Hyderabad.
➢ Last date for the receipt of application: 21 days from the date of advertisement in Employment News dated 15th May 2024 Issue (i.e. Last date will be 31/05/2024).
