✅ Age Limit:
Maximum 29 years as of the closing date of online application. Age relaxation as per GOI rules.
✅ Pay Scale:
Pay Matrix Level 10, ₹ 56,100 – 1,77,500/-, 7th CPC (M2 grade)
✅ Educational Qualifications:
Executive Trainee (HR): MBA in HR or Post Graduate or Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relaxation / HR Management and equivalent.
Executive Trainee (CSR):02 years full-time Post Graduate or Diploma in Rural Management.
Executive Trainee (PR): Full-time Post Graduate or Post Graduate Diploma in Communication / Advertising and Communication Management / Public Relations / Mass Communication / Journalism.
✅ Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates (UGC-NET-June 2024 Score basis) will be called for Documents Verification (DV).
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 300/- for General/ OBC(NCL)/ EWS categories.
✔️ No fee for SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-SM categories & DVC Departmental Candidates.
