✔️ Management Trainee (MT): Minimum 21 years and Maximum 33 years for SC / ST, 31 years for OBC (NCL) and 10 years age relaxation for PwBD.
✔️ Manager: Maximum 39 years for SC and 37 years for OBC (NCL).
✅ EXIM Bank Recruitment 2024 Salary:
✔️ The pay band for Managers (MM-II) appointed in the service of the Bank shall be (₹ 48170 -1740 – 49910 -1990 – 69810) as per the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) 11th Bipartite Settlement.
✅ EXIM Bank Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
Management Trainee:
(1) Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree) with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA). (AND)
(2) Post Graduation (MBA / PGDBA or equivalent) with specialization in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA). The post-graduation course should be a minimum 2-year full-time duration, specialising in finance with a minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In the case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient.
(3) Candidates who have appeared/are appearing for the final examination in Post Graduation or Chartered Accountancy and are expecting their results by
June 01, 2024, are eligible to apply.
Manager:
(1) Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree) with minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA). (AND)
(2) MBA/ PGDBA, specialising in finance or chartered accountancy (CA). MBA/PGDBA course should be of a minimum 2-year full-time duration, specialising in Finance with a minimum 60% aggregate marks / equivalent CGPA. In the case of CA, passing the professional examination is sufficient.
(3) Experience: Candidates presently working with Public Sector Banks/All India Financial Institutions/ Central Government/ State Government/ PSU, or any other organization of repute, with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience (in Scale I or equivalent).
