✅ HAL Non-Executive Place of Posting
Selected Candidates will be posted at HAL Bangalore-based Divisions. However, they are liable to be transferred / posted to any place in India where HAL has Divisions / Offices / Detachments / Customer Bases etc., based on HAL Organizational requirements.
✅ HAL Non-Executive Age Limit
Not above 28 years for UR / EWS as of 3rd May 2024.
Age Relaxation 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC-NCL and 10 years for PwD.
✅ HAL Non-Executive Salary
✔️ Diploma Technician: Minimum Basic Pay ₹ 25511/- (Total ₹ 48511/- per month)
✔️ Operator and Assistant: Minimum Basic Pay ₹ 22000/- (Total ₹ 56554/- per month)
✅ HAL Non-Executive Eligibility Criteria
✔️ Diploma Technician: Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / E&E /ECE / Metallurgy).
✔️ Operator: ITI with NAC / NCTVT in Fitter / Grinder.
✔️ Assistant: Degree (BA / B.Sc. / B.Com).

✔️ ₹ 200/- is to be paid as Application Fee.
✔️ The Candidates belonging to SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Apprentices of the HAL-based Divisions are exempted from the payment of the Application Fee.
