IAF Agniveer Vayu Notification 2024 is now available at agnipathvayu.cdac.in. Online registration will commence on 8th July 2024 and continue until 28th July 2024. The Indian Air Force (IAF) is inviting online applications from unmarried Indian male and female candidates for the selection test for Agniveervayu Intake 02/2025 under the Agnipath Scheme.
Under the new HR methodology for the induction of Agniveervayu under the ‘Agnipath Scheme,’ this initiative aims to provide an opportunity for the nation’s youth to experience the military way of life for four years. The number and employability of female candidates will be decided based on service requirements. The last date for registration of online applications is 4th August 2024.

✅ IAF Agniveer Vayu 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
Science Subjects:
(1) Candidates should have passed Matric +2 / Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English from an Education Board listed as COBSE member with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. (OR)
(2) Passed 03 years of Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from a Government Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in diploma course. (OR)
(3) Passed Two years of Vocational Courses with non-vocational subjects viz. Physics and Maths from State Education Boards/ Councils which are listed in COBSE with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational courses.
Other Than Science Subjects:
(1) Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in any subject approved by Central / State Education Boards listed as COBSE member with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English. (OR)
(2) Passed two years of vocational courses from Education Boards listed as COBSE members with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in vocational courses or Intermediate/ Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational Course.

✅ Air Force Agniveer Vayu Exam Syllabus / Structure:
(a) Science Subjects. The total duration of the online test shall be 60 minutes and shall comprise English, Physics and Mathematics as per the 10+2 CBSE syllabus.
(b) Other Than Science Subjects: The total duration of the online test shall be 45 minutes and shall comprise English as per the 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
(c) Science Subjects & Other Than Science Subjects: The total duration of the online test shall be 85 minutes and shall comprise English, Physics and Mathematics as per the 10+2 CBSE syllabus and Reasoning & General Awareness (RAGA).
(d) Marking pattern for online test: (i) One mark for every correct answer, (ii) Nil (0) marks for an attempted question, (iii) 0.25 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer.
✅ IAF Agniveer Vayu Physical Standards:
✔️ Height: Minimum acceptable height is 152.5 cm
✔️ Chest: For Male and Female candidates: The chest wall should be well proportioned with a minimum range of expansion of 05 cm.
✔️ Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
✔️ Hearing: Candidate should have normal hearing i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 6 meters with each ear separately.
✔️ Dental: Should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth and a minimum of 14 dental points.
✔️ Visual Standards: 6/12 each eye, correctable to 6/6 each eye.
✔️ Corneal Surgery (PRK/LASIK) is not acceptable.
✔️ General Health: Candidate should be of normal anatomy without loss of any appendages. He should be free from any active or latent, acute or chronic, medical or surgical disability or infection and skin ailments. Candidate shall be physically and mentally FIT to perform duty in any part of the world, in any climate and terrain.
✔️ Gynaecological Examination (For female candidates): The examination covers external genitalia, hernia orifices and the perineum, and any evidence of stress urinary incontinence or genital prolapse outside the introitus.

✅ How to Apply for IAF Agniveer Vayu Recruitment 2024?
➢ Eligible Candidates are to fill out online Applications through Agnipath Vayu’s official website agnipathvayu.cdac.in from 8th July 2024.
➢ During online registration, the candidates are required to upload the following documents:-
(a) Class 10th /matriculation passing certificate.
(b) Intermediate/10+2 or equivalent mark sheet.
(c) Higher education Qualification/Additional skill certificates, if any.
(d) Passport size recent colour photograph (taken not before December 2023)
(e) Candidate’s left-hand thumb impression image (Size 10 KB to 50 KB).
(f) Candidate’s signature image (Size 10 KB to 50 KB).
(g) Candidate’s parent’s (Father/Mother) / Guardian’s signature image.
