✅ IIFT Recruitment 2023 Salary:
For Corporate Relations & Placement Coordinator: ₹ 1 25 000/- to ₹ 1, 75, 000/- per month based on the quality of experience and qualification of the candidate.
For Accounts Officer: ₹ 60000/- per month.
For Consultant: To be calculated by deducting the pension from the Basic Pay drawn at the time of retirement.

Educational Qualifications:
For Corporate Relations & Placement Coordinator:
a) The candidate must have completed a Two-Year Full-Time MBA/PGDBM program specialising in Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized and prestigious institution or university, with a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA.
b) Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi is essential.
c) At least five years post-qualification specific experience
For Accounts Officer:
a) The candidate should possess a graduation degree in Commerce or be SAS qualified.
b) Retired from the Central Government, State Government, Autonomous Bodies, or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) with a Pay Level of L-7 or L-8. Alternatively, the candidate should have at least 10 years’ experience in accounting and/or auditing in the Central Government, State Government, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, or Academic Institutions.
For Consultant:
a) The candidate should have retired as a Deputy Secretary or at an equivalent or higher level from UGC, AICTE, NAAC, MHRD, or the Ministry of Education, with a pay scale of ₹15,600-₹39,100 and a grade pay of ₹6,600 in Pay Band-3, or an equivalent in their parent cadre/department.
b) The candidate should possess a working knowledge of computer applications required for the day-to-day functioning of the office and be proficient in typing in English or Hindi.
Age Limit:
For Corporate Relations & Placement Coordinator: Not exceeding 40 years
For Accounts Officer: Maximum age not less than 63 years.
For Consultant: Maximum age not less than 63 years.

✅ IIFT Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
Assistant Registrar: Good academic record plus Master’ degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B on the UGC seven-point scale. At least 03 years of relevant experience.
Personal Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. 03 years of experience as Stenographer/Stenographer in Govt. Academic Institutes/ Open Learning Distance Institutes/ Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector.
Library Information Assistant: Master’s Degree in Library Science with at least 60% marks or equivalent diploma in Library Science. Bachelor’s Degree in Science with at least 60% marks. Relevant 03 years experience in a Library/ Computerization of a Library or one year certificate in computer application.
Senior Assistant: Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline with working knowledge of computers.
Stenographer: Passed Sr. Secondary School (10+2 / Matric with 12th class) Pass Examination or its equivalent examination. Shorthand speed of 80 words per minute and 40 words per minute in English (OR), Shorthand speed of 60 words per minute and typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi.
