Age Limit
- The candidate was born between 02-01-2004 and 02-07-2007 (both dates inclusive).
- In case a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as of the date of enrollment should be 21 years.

Qualification
- Candidates Should Possess a 10+2 Diploma (Relevant Engg).

Physical Standards
- Height: For male candidates, height is 152.5 cm; for female candidates, it is 152 cm. A lower minimum height of 147 cm will be accepted for candidates from the hilly regions of Uttarakhand. For candidates from Lakshadweep, the minimum height will be 150 cm.
- Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
- Chest: For Male Candidates, the Minimum chest: is 77 cm, and the chest expansion should be at least 05 cm; for Female Candidates, the chest wall should be well proportioned and well developed with a minimum range of expansion of 05 cm
- Hearing: Should have normal hearing, i.e. able to hear forced whisper from a distance of 06 meters by each ear separately
- Dental: You should have healthy gums, a good set of teeth and a minimum of 14 dental points.

- Visual Acuity: 6/12 each eye, correctable to 6/6 each eye
- Maximum limits of Refractive error: Hypermetropia:+2.0D Myopia: 1D including ± 0.50 D Astigmatism
