✅ IOCL Non-Executive Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Junior Operator Grade I: Matric (Class X) Pass + 02 years ITI Pass in the specified trade. Minimum 01 year post qualification work experience.
✔️ Junior Attendant Grade I: Higher Secondary (Class XII) Pass.
✔️ Junior Business Assistant Grade III: Degree in any discipline. Minimum 01 year post qualification work experience.
✅ IOCL Non-Executive Selection Process:
✔️ For Junior Operator & Junior Attendant: The selection methodology will comprise Computer Based Test (CBT) and Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test (SPPT). The SPPT will be qualifying.
✔️ For Junior Business Assistant: The selection methodology will comprise Computer Based Test (CBT) and Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).
