✔️ B.E./ B.Tech or B. Sc (Engg) in Electrical Engineering from a Recognized AICTE/ UGC approved University/ Institute or serving IRSEE (for deputation) or Retd. IRSEE Officers of Indian Railways (on a re-employment basis).
