Deputy General Manager (Finance): CA/ ICWA (OR) Full-time two years MBA/ PGDM in Finance Management + 17 years post qualification experience.
Manager (Geology): M.Sc/ M.Tech./ M.Sc.Tech. (Geology/ Applied Geology/ Earth Science/ Exploration Geology/ Mineral Exploration/ Geological Technology) or equivalent. Ten years post-qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Geology): M.Sc/ M.Tech./ M.Sc.Tech. (Geology/ Applied Geology/ Earth Science/ Exploration Geology/ Mineral Exploration/ Geological Technology). 07 years post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Finance): CA/ ICWA (OR) Full-time two years MBA/ PGDM in Finance Management. 07 years post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (HR): Full-time 2 years PG Degree/ Diploma in HR/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relation (OR) MBA (HR)/ MSW/ MMS (HR) or equivalent. 07 years post qualification experience.

Procurement & Contract Officer: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
Accounts Officer: CA/ ICWA (OR) Full-time two years MBA/ PGDM in Finance Management. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.
Programmer: B.Tech./ B.E. in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Technology (OR) MCA(OR) equivalent. Minimum 02 years post qualification experience.

Accountant: Graduate/ Post Graduate with Intermediate pass of CA/ICWA. Minimum 03 years post qualification experience.
Hindi Translator: Post Graduate in Hindi. Hindi and English are subjects at the graduate level—minimum 03 years post qualification experience.
Technician (Survey and Draftsman): Matriculate (OR) equivalent with ITI in Survey/ Draftsmanship (Civil). Minimum 03 years post qualification experience.
Technician (Sampling): B.Sc. Degree + 03 years post qualification experience.
Technician (Laboratory): B.Sc. in Chemistry/ Physics/ Geology + 03 years post qualification experience.
Assistant (Materials): Graduate with Mathematics (OR) B.Com. Certificate in Typing with 40 wpm in English. Minimum 03 years post qualification experience.
Assistant (Accounts): B.Com Degree + 03 years post qualification relevant experience in Accounts work.
Assistant (HR): BA/ B. Com/ B.Sc./ BBA/ BBM/ BSW. Certificate in Typing with 40 wpm in English. Minimum 03 years post qualification experience.
