✅ MECON Limited Recruitment Eligibility Criteria:
Engineering Disciplines: B.E. / B.Tech Engineering Graduate / Diploma in relevant Engineering discipline.
HR Discipline: PG Degree/ PG Diploma (2 duration course) / MBA/ MSW/ MA with specialization in HRM/ Personnel Management/ IR/ Labour Management/ Organizational Development/ HRD/ Labour Welfare or equivalent.
MAS Discipline: Post-Graduation in Economics through regular post. Mathematics should be one subject up to the graduation level.
Market Research Discipline: 2 years regular course in MBA or Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) or Master’s in Management Studies (MMS). Mathematics should be one subject up to the graduation level.
Finance Discipline: CMA / CA.
Architecture Discipline: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch).
SAP Discipline: MCA or B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology.
Safety Discipline: Graduate Degree in any discipline with Diploma in Safety Engineering / Industrial Safety/ Safety Management / HSE.
Mass Communication Discipline: PG Degree in Mass Communication / Public Relations / Journalism of minimum 2 yrs duration with minimum 60% marks.
Admin Discipline: Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Administrative activities. Candidates with an MBA will be given preference.
