Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Written Test. The Written Test will be of 2 ½ hours duration. The test will be in 3 parts, comprising Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Part I will consist of 20 questions on General Awareness, and Part II will consist of 40 questions on English & Reasoning. Part III will
consist of 100 questions on the concerned Discipline. Each question carries 1 mark each and there is no negative Mark.

✔️ Senior Security Officer: Successful completion of ten months pre-Commission Training Course from the Officers’ Training School, Chennai or from any other equivalent Institution under the Defence Forces (OR) equivalent course. 04 Years post qualification experience, however number of years of experience shall be 06 Years in case served as Security Officer in any organization other than Govt. or PSU.
✔️ Project Engineer (Production): Degree in Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical/ Production/ Electrical/ Electronics ) or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in the Qualifying examination. Minimum 03 years experience.
✔️ Junior Human Resource Officer: Bachelor’s Degree with PG Degree / PG Diploma / MBA /MSW/ MA with specialization in Human Resources/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations / Human Resource Development / etc., from Institutes / Universities recognized by appropriate statutory authorities. Minimum 60% of marks in aggregate in the qualifying examination. A degree in Law will be an added advantage. Minimum 03 years experience.
