- The candidate(s) must have attained the minimum age of 18 years as on the Crucial Date and the age should not exceed 30 years on the Crucial Date. However, relaxation in the upper age limit of 30 years is permissible to different categories as provided in the notification.
- Candidate(s) should note that the Date of Birth as recorded in the Matriculation/ Secondary Examination Certificate, Mark Sheet of Matriculation /10th Standard or equivalent issued by Central/ State Board will be valid.

- Computer Based Test will be conducted for selection of Candidates for the post of HEMM Operator (Trainee).The Computer Based Test will be of 100 Marks for 90 minutes duration common for all positions of HEMM Operator (Trainee).
- The Merit for filling the posts will be prepared on the scores of candidates in the Computer Based Test of 100 marks.
