✅ NHDC Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Executive Director (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering with MBA specialising in Marketing. Experience working in ERP, etc., will be preferred. Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
✔️ Deputy General Manager (Commercial): Degree in Textiles Technology/ Textiles Engineering (OR) Degree in Textiles Chemistry/Chemical Technology. Minimum 16 years of relevant experience.
✔️ Executive Director (F&A): Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India / Cost Accountant from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India / MBA specialising in Finance (Full time two years). Minimum 20 years of relevant experience.
✔️ Deputy Manager (Human Resource): MBA specialising in Personnel Mgt. or HR / Master of Industrial Relation & Personnel Mgt. / Master of Personnel Mgt./ Master of Social Work(MSW) (OR) Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management /Industrial Relation /Human Resource Development. Minimum 08 years relevant experience.
✔️ Management Trainee (Human Resource): Graduate with MBA in Human Resources/Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Master of Social Work (Full-time two years).
✔️ Senior Officer (Rajbhasha): Post Graduation in English with Hindi as a subject at Graduation level (OR) Post Graduate in Hindi with English as a subject at Graduation level. Minimum 04 years of relevant experience.
