✅ Age Limit:
– Joint Director (Chemistry/PHM): Up to 55 years (56 years for deputation).
– Registrar: Up to 56 years.
– Lab Attendant/Multi-Tasking Staff: 18-27 years.
– Age relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years (15 for SC/ST, 13 for OBC), Central Govt/NIPHM employees: Up to 5 years (10 for SC/ST, 8 for OBC), Ex-servicemen: As per GOI norms.
– Age reckoned as on the closing date (30 days from Employment News publication).
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Joint Director (Chemistry):
Direct Recruitment: Master’s in Chemistry/related fields or Agriculture with Entomology/Pathology specialisation, Ph.D., and experience (4 years at Level-11, 8 years at Level-10, or 13 years at Level-7) in pesticide formulation/residue analysis.
Deputation: 10 years’ experience in pesticide analysis, holding an analogous post or 4 years at Level-11, 8 years at Level-10, or 13 years at Level-7, with essential qualifications.
(2) Joint Director (PHM Division):
Direct Recruitment: Master’s in Agriculture/Horticulture/Botany with Agronomy/Plant Pathology/Entomology specialisation, Ph.D., and experience (4 years at Level-11, 8 years at Level-10, or 13 years at Level-7) in plant protection/crop management.
Deputation: 10 years’ experience in crop/soil health management, holding an analogous post or 4 years at Level-11, 8 years at Level-10, or 13 years at Level-7, with essential qualifications.
(3) Registrar (Deputation):
Officers of All India Services/Group A or Central/State Govt./Universities/PSUs with 2 years’ experience in administration/accounts/establishment, holding analogous post or 5 years at Level-11 or 9 years at Level-10. Essential: Bachelor’s degree. Desirable: Law graduate or PG in Management/Public Administration.
(4) Lab Attendant:
– Cat I (SC): Matriculation with a 1-year Vocational Certificate in Crop Production.
– Cat II (UR): Matriculation with a 1-year Certificate in Soil Testing & Crop Technician.
– Cat III (OBC): Matriculation with a 1-year Certificate in Laboratory Assistant (Chemical Plant).
(5) Multi-Tasking Staff (Cat II, SC):
Matriculation with a 1-year Diploma in Horticulture.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Joint Director (Chemistry/PHM): PowerPoint Presentation (40 marks) and Interview (60 marks).
✔️ Registrar: Interview.
✔️ Lab Attendant/MTS: Written Test (100 marks, 40% qualifying) and Skill Test (50 marks, 45% qualifying, qualifying in nature).
✔️ Shortlisting is based on application details; providing false information may result in cancellation.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ Group A posts: ₹ 590/-.
✔️ Group C posts: ₹ 295/-.
✔️ SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen/Women: Exempted.
✔️ Payment via Demand Draft (favouring NIPHM, payable at Hyderabad) or online to NIPHM SBI Collect Account (A/c: 40373518076, IFSC: SBIN0020074). Proof must be enclosed.

➢ Eligible candidates apply in the prescribed application format.
➢ Submit separate applications for each post in prescribed format with self-attested copies of educational qualifications, experience, caste/PwBD certificate, and fee payment proof in a sealed envelope superscribed “Application for the post of ___” to Registrar, NIPHM, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad 500030, Telangana, within 30 days from Employment News publication (by 5:30 PM).
