Assistant General Manager (IT): B. Tech. / B.E. / Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Systems / Information Technology / MCA or equivalent. Minimum 07 years post qualification experience.
Assistant General Manager (Flight Safety): CHPL / ATPL license endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. (OR) Aircraft Engineer with AME license endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company. (OR) Should be a Helicopter Pilot / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with safety experience with or without flying / medical category. (OR) Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognised University with safety experience.

Pawan Hans Associate Helicopter Pilot Salary:
Associate Helicopter Pilots on contract will receive appointments and emoluments based on their endorsements and flying experience, with packages ranging from Rs. 1.50 lakh to Rs. 4.50 lakh.
Pawan Hans Associate Helicopter Pilot Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Helicopter Pilots holding CHPL/ATPL (H) with endorsements on Dauphin-N, Dauphin-N3, Mi-172, AS-350B3, and Bell-407 helicopters are invited to apply. Preference will be given to Examiners and Instructors.
✔️ Qualified and licensed SPO Indian/Expat Pilots with current and valid licenses and endorsements on AS-350B3 and Bell-407 helicopters are also encouraged to apply.
✔️ Qualified and licensed Indian/Expat Pilots with current and valid licenses and endorsements on Mi-172, AS-350B3, Bell-407, Sikorsky S-76D, and S-76C++ helicopters may apply as well.
✔️ The appointment of Expat pilots will be subject to the approval of the Competent Authority as per Government of India/DGCA rules.
Pawan Hans Associate Helicopter Pilot Selection Process:
Appointment as an Associate Helicopter Pilot under the revised scheme will be contingent upon having no accident or incident record attributed to the pilot and no adverse performance record or report in the past. Selection will be based on the number of flying hours on helicopters.
