✔️ General Manager: E-7 – Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000.
✔️ Joint General Manager: E-6 – Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000.
✔️ Associate Helicopter Pilot: Stipend Rs. 15,000 per month during MCF period as Retention Pay. The package emoluments for Associate Helicopter Pilots range from Rs. 1.50 lakh to Rs. 4.50 lakh.
Pawan Hans Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:
CPL (A) Holders to CPL (H): 10+2 Passed in Science with Physics, Mathematics and English or its equivalent from any recognized Board with 60% marks in aggregate (55% for SC/ST candidates).
General Manager (HR & Admin): MBA or P.G. Degree / Two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management + 15 years post qualification executive experience.
General Manager (Operations): Should have held CHPL / ATPL (H) and at least 5000 hours of Helicopter Flying out of which 3000 hours as PIC + IR and should have a minimum of 20 hours of night flying experience.
General Manager (Flight Safety): CHPL / ATPL License endorsed for helicopter operated by the Company. (OR) Aircraft Engineer with AME License endorsed for the helicopter operated by the Company. (OR) Should be a Helicopter Pilot / Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with Safety Experience with or without flying / medical category. (OR) Engineering Degree in Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics, Electronics & Communication or equivalent from a recognized University with Safety Experience.
Joint General Manager (HR & Admin): MBA or P.G. Degree / Two years Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management + 12 years post qualification executive experience.
Joint General Manager (Finance and Accounts): CA’s / ICWA’s / MBA’s with specialization in Finance + 12 years post qualification executive experience.
Joint General Manager (Materials): Engineering Degree / MBA / Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Materials Management with minimum 12 years post qualification executive experience.
Joint General Manager (Civil): Graduate in Civil Engineering (BE / B.Tech) preferably with an MBA (with specialization in Construction / Project / Maintenance Management). Minimum 12 years post-qualification executive experience.
Assistant Manager (HR & Admin): MBA’s / P.G. Degree / Diploma (2 years) in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management. Minimum 01 year post qualification experience.
Assistant Manager (Materials): CA’s / ICWA’s / MBA’s with specialization in Finance. Minimum 01 year relevant experience.
Associate Helicopter Pilot: Helicopter Pilots holding CHPL / ATPL (H) with endorsement on Dauphin-N, Dauphin-N3, Mi-172, AS-350B3 & Bell-407 helicopters. Preference will be given to Examiners & Instructors. Desirous qualified / licensed SPO Qualified Indian / Expat Pilots holding current & valid licenses with endorsement on AS-350B3 & Bell-407 helicopters may also apply. Desirous qualified/licensed Indian / Expat Pilots holding current & valid licenses with endorsement on Mi-172, AS-350B3, Bell-407 Sikorsky S-76D & S-76C++ helicopters may also apply. The appointment of Expat pilots will, however, be subject to the approval of the Competent Authority as per the Government of India / DGCA Rules.

✔️ Hindi Translator: Master’s Degree in Hindi or English with English or Hindi as a compulsory or elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree level or vice versa.
