PowerGrid Company Secretary Age Limit:
✔️ Maximum 29 years as of last date of application.
✔️ Age relaxation – 03 years for OBC, 05 years for SC / ST and For PwBD – As per GoI directives.
PowerGrid Company Secretary Salary:
The PowerGrid Company Secretary’s Monthly remuneration in the Pay band of ₹ 30,000-3%-1,20,000 with initial basic pay of ₹ 30,000/- +IDA + HRA + Perks @ 35% of basic pay.
PowerGrid Company Secretary Eligibility Criteria:
(1) Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
(2) At least 01 years in the company secretariat of any unlisted / listed company (internship/training / shall not be counted as experience).
(3) Experience in secretarial matters like Drafting of agendas, minutes, official letters etc., Conducting Board/committee meetings, General Body Meetings and Compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act and other statutory compliance thereof.
PowerGrid Company Secretary Selection Process:
The selection process for the PowerGrid Company Secretary position will involve Interviews only, of the eligible and shortlisted candidates. If a screening test is administered, it will serve as a qualifying stage (with a 40% threshold for UR/EWS candidates and 30% for reserved vacancies). Candidates who pass the screening test will be shortlisted for the interview based on their scores. Selection will be based solely on the marks obtained in the interview.
