AI Airport Services Limited (AIASL) invites applications from both Male and Female candidates for recruitment of Duty Manager, Junior Officer, Customer Service Executive, Ramp Service Executive, Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver and handyman posts on 03 years fixed term contract basis. The Walk-in Selection is scheduled to be held from the 9th to the 13th of July 2024.

Monthly Salary:

✔️ Duty Manager – Passenger: ₹ 45,000/- per month
✔️ Duty Officer – Passenger: ₹ 32,200/- per month
✔️ Junior Officer: ₹ 29,760/- per month
✔️ Customer Service Executive: ₹ 24,960/- per month
✔️ Junior Customer Service Executive: ₹ 21,270/- per month
✔️ Ramp Service Executive: ₹ 24,960/- per month
✔️ Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: ₹ 21,270/- per month
✔️ Handyman / Handywoman: ₹ 18840/- per month

Eligibility Criteria:

Age Limit:

✔️ 55 years for Duty Manager, 50 years for Duty Officer, 28 years for all other posts.
✔️ Candidates belonging to the OBC category are entitled to 3 years’ age relaxation and Candidates belonging to the SC/ST category are entitled to 5 years’ age relaxation, in the upper age limit, as per Government rules.

Educational Qualifications:

✔️ Duty Manager – Passenger: Graduate with 16 years experience. Experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 04 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Well, conversant with computer operations.

✔️ Duty Officer – Passenger: Graduate with 12 years experience. Experience in passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof. Out of the above-said experience, at least 04 years must be in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Well, conversant with computer operations.

✔️ Junior Officer – Customer Service: Graduate (10+2+3 pattern) with 09 years experience, in Passenger handling. (OR) Bachelor’s Degree under 10+2+3 pattern with M.B.A. or equivalent in any discipline with 06 years of aviation experience in Passenger handling.

✔️ Junior Officer – Technical: Full-time Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering. Must have LMV. Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Valid Driving License to be produced maximum within 12 months or produce the HMV License within the minimum time frame as per the prevailing rules of the state government, from the date of joining. The incumbent has to apply for a Heavy Motor Vehicle License immediately upon acceptance of the offer. No increment will be extended before possession of the HMV license.

✔️ Customer Service Executive: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or an Airline Diploma or Certified course like a Diploma in IATA-UFTAA IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO. Should be proficient in the use of a PC. Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.

✔️ Junior Customer Service Executive: Matric with 12th (10+2) Pass. Preference will be given to candidates having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or an Airline Diploma or Certified course like a Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO. Should be proficient in the use of a PC. Good command over spoken and written English apart from that of Hindi.

✔️ Ramp Service Executive: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Production / Electronics/ Automobile (OR) ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in Motor vehicle Auto Electrical/ Air Conditioning/ Diesel Mechanic/ Bench Fitter/ Welder (ITI with NCTVT). Candidate must carry an original valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) at the time of appearing for the Trade Test. Preference will be given to the candidate conversant with the local language.

✔️ Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver: SSC /10th Standard Pass. Must Carry an Original Valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for the trade test.

✔️ Handyman: SSC /10th Standard Pass. Must be able to read and understand English Language. Knowledge of Local and Hindi Languages, i.e., the ability to understand and speak is desirable.
