✔️ Officer (Finance): 34 Years (UR/EWS), 39 Years (SC), 37 Years (OBC-NCL).
✔️ Management Trainee (All Disciplines): 27 Years (UR/EWS), 32 Years (SC/ST), 30 Years (OBC-NCL), 37-42 Years (PwBD).
✔️ Additional 5-year concession for children/family members of 1984 riots victims.
✔️ Age relaxation as per Government of India norms.
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ Officer (Finance): CA/CMA OR B.Com/ BMS/ BAF/ BBA + MBA/MMS/PGDM (Finance) with 60% (55% for SC). 2 years’ experience in accounting, auditing, budgeting, taxation; SAP FICO knowledge desirable.
✔️ MT (Boiler): BE/B.Tech (Chemical/Petrochemical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical) with 60% (55% for SC/ST) + valid BOE/Boiler Proficiency Certificate.
✔️ MT (Marketing): MBA/MMS (Marketing/Agri. Business) OR BSc/BE/B.Tech (Science/Engineering/Agriculture) + MBA/MMS (Marketing) with 60% (55% for SC/ST).
✔️ MT (Engineering): BE/ B.Tech with 60% marks.
✔️ MT (all other posts): Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with 60% marks.
✔️ Officer (Secretarial): Post Graduate in any discipline with 60% marks.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Online Test: Objective-type, 80% weightage. Candidates with nil/negative marks are ineligible for the interview.
✔️ Personal Interview: 20% weightage, minimum 50% marks required. Outstation candidates reimbursed III-tier AC train/bus fare.
✔️ Document Verification: Post-interview, candidates must present original documents.
✔️ Pre-Employment Medical Exam: Includes physical exam, vision tests, blood/urine tests, X-ray, etc. Final selection is subject to medical fitness.
