✔️ ₹ 18730—68040 + Grade Pay ₹ 4400 + other admissible allowances.

Age Limit:
✔️ Minimum age – 18 years.
✔️ The maximum age for Engineering Graduates is 25 years, and for MBAs/ Postgraduates, it is 29 years for UR.
Educational Qualifications:
Management Trainee (Chemical): B.E./B.Tech. /B.Sc. (Engg.) in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology. Candidates having BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) certification may be given preference.
Management Trainee (Mechanical): B.E./B.Tech. /B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical Engineering/ Technology.
Management Trainee (Electrical): B.E./B.Tech. /B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical Technology.
Management Trainee (Instrumentation): B.E./B.Tech. /B.Sc. (Engg.) in Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electronics Instrumentation & Control or Industrial Instrumentation or Process Control Instrumentation or Electronics & Electrical or Applied Electronics & Instrumentation or Electronics & Communication or Electronics & Control.
Management Trainee (IT): B.E./B.Tech. /B.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Technology, Information Technology, or MCA.
Management Trainee (Law): Degree in Law (LLB) or 05 years Integrated LLB. Preference may be given to candidates having Company Secretary Qualification/ Diploma in Corporate Law.
Management Trainee (HR): MBA/Integrated MBA/ Post Graduate Degree or Diploma of minimum 02 years in HRM/ Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognized University/Institute. A degree in Law (LLB) is desirable.

➢ Eligible and interested candidates must apply online through the RFCL Official website (rfcl.co.in / jobapply.in/RFCL2024mt/) from 14th February 2024.
➢ Only one application per candidate per post is allowed.
➢ The candidates first create a New Registration – Generate User Name and Password.
➢ After Registration, the candidates should log in to apply for RFCL MT 2024.
The candidates are required to enter all details and upload photo copies of their Photographs, Signatures and required documents/certificates.
