✅ Age Limit (as on 01.04.2025):
TGT, Counsellor: 21 – 35 years.
Ward Boy, Band Master: 18 – 50 years.
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), 10 years for PwBD (UR), 13 years for PwBD (OBC), 15 years for PwBD (SC/ST), and as per GoI rules for Ex-Servicemen.
✅ Educational Qualifications:
✔️ TGT (Social Science): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks in any two of Geography, History, Economics, Political Science (one must be Geography or History, studied all years). B.Ed. and CTET/equivalent qualification required.
✔️ TGT (General Science – Physics): Bachelor’s degree in Physics with 50% marks and any two of Mathematics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics. B.Ed. and CTET/equivalent required.
✔️ TGT (Maths): Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with 50% marks and any two of Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Computer Science, Statistics. B.Ed. and CTET/equivalent required. BA/B.Sc (Hons) in non-Maths subjects ineligible.
✔️ Counsellor: Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology or Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling with at least one year of relevant experience.
✔️ Band Master: Potential Band Master / Band Major / Drum Major at the AEC Training College and Centre Pachmarhi or equivalent Naval / Air Force Course or equivalent course.
✔️ Ward Boy: Matriculation (10th pass) with the ability to perform hostel/boarding duties.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Written Test (subject-specific for TGT, psychology/counselling for Counsellor, general knowledge for Ward Boy).
✔️ Skill Test /Interview (teaching demonstration for TGT, counselling skills for Counsellor, practical duties for Ward Boy).
✔️ Shortlisting based on qualifications and experience if applications are numerous.
✔️ Selection process conducted at Sainik School Tilaiya; no TA/DA provided.
