✅ Age Limit:

General Manager: 45 to 50 years
Branch Manager: 40 to 50 years
Junior Officer: 35 to 40 years

✅ Monthly Salary:

Salary negotiable, not a constraint for the right candidate. Applicants must include salary expectations in the application.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

General Manager:

(1) Graduate / Post Graduate.
(2) Qualification in banking / Co-operative Banking, such as CAIIB, JAIIB, Diploma in Banking and Finance / Diploma in Co-operative Business Management or equivalent qualification or Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / M.B.A.
(3) Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience.

Branch Manager:

(1) Graduate / Post Graduate from any faculty.
(2) Preference will be given to C.A., JAIIB, CAIIB Passed candidates.
(3) Minimum 10 – 15 years relevant experience.

Junior Officer:

(1) Graduate / Post Graduate from any faculty.
(2) Preference will be given to a JAIIB, CAIIB Passed candidate.
(3) Minimum 10 – 15 years relevant experience.
