Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Recruitment 2024 for 17 Vacancies in RRC Southern Railway and ICF under Employment Notice No. RRC-03/S&G/2024-25: Southern Railway, Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), has released a recruitment notification for Scouts and Guides Quota (Level 1 and Level 2) for the year 2024-25. Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Age Limit:
✔️ Level 2: 18 to 30 years for UR, 18 to 33 years for OBC, 18 to 35 years for SC / ST
✔️ Level 2: 18 to 33 years for UR, 18 to 36 years for OBC, 18 to 38 years for SC / ST
Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Salary:
✔️ Level 1 and Level 2 Pay Scales. (As per 7th CPC)
Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ A President’s Scout / Guide / Rover / Ranger (OR) Himalayan Wood Badge (HWB) Holder in any section
✔️ Should have been an active member of a Scouts organization for the last 5 years.
✔️ Should have been an active event at the National Level or All India Railway’s level and Two vents at the State level.
Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Qualification / Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ For Level 2 (Non-Technical Popular Categories): Minimum 10+2 (12th Class) pass or its equivalent examination with not less than 55% marks in the aggregate.
✔️ For Level 2 (Technician Categories): Act Apprenticeship / ITI.
✔️ For Level 1 Posts: 10th Pass or ITI or equivalent or National Apprenticeship.

The candidates, who apply in response to Southern Railway Notification and are found eligible for consideration for appointment, will be assessed on the following selection basis:-

Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 500/- for General / OBC category candidates.
✔️ ₹ 250/- for SC / ST / Ex-Serviceman / PWDs / Female / Transgender / Minorities / Economically Backward Class.
✔️ The fee should be payable through an online payment gateway.
How to Apply Southern Railway Scouts and Guides Quota 2024:
Eligible candidates are required to apply online through the RRC Southern Railway Chennai Online Application Portal (www.rrcmas.in) from 5th October 2024. The candidates should upload self attested copy of the Educational Qualification Mark Sheet / Certificate, Date of Birth of Certificate, Caste Certificate etc.
The candidates are also required to upload their colour Photograph and Soft Copy of their Signature. The closing date for registration of online online applications is 04/11/2024 up to 23:59 Hours.
