✔️ Stenographer Grade C: Pay Level-6 (₹ 35,400 – 1,12,400 per month).
✔️ Stenographer Grade D: Pay Level-4 (₹ 25,500 – 81,100 per month).
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Age Limit (as on 01/08/2025):
18-30 years for Grade C (born between 02/08/1995 and 01/08/2007), 18-27 years for Grade D (born between 02/08/1998 and 01/08/2007). Age relaxation as per SSC rules:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwBD (Unreserved): 10 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- Ex-Servicemen (ESM): 3 years after deduction of military service
✔️ Educational Qualifications:
Passed 10+2 (Matriculation + Intermediate) examination from a recognised board in India.
✔️ Skill Test Requirements:
✔️ Stenographer Grade C Transcription: English – 40 minutes, Hindi – 55 minutes.
✔️ Stenographer Grade D Transcription: English – 50 minutes, Hindi – 65 minutes.
✅ Selection Process:
✔️ Computer-Based Test (CBT): Objective-type exam covering General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, and English Language.
✔️ Skill Test: Stenography test in English or Hindi as per the specified time limits.
✔️ Document Verification: Conducted by User Departments after CBT and Skill Test.
✔️ Final selection based on merit and post preferences.
✅ Application Fee:
✔️ ₹ 100/- for General/ OBC/ EWS candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC/ ST/ Women/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates.
✔️ Correction Charges: ₹200/- (first time), ₹500/- (second time).
