SCI Law Clerk Age Limit:
✔️ Minimum 20 years and Maximum 32 years as of 15th February 2024.
✔️ Age relaxation as per Government Rules.
SCI Law Clerk Salary:
✔️ Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates at SCI will receive a consolidated remuneration of ₹ 80,000/- per month.
SCI Law Clerk Educational Qualifications:
(1) The candidate must be a Law Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized institution in India and approved by the Bar Council of India for Advocate enrollment.
(2) Candidates in the fifth year of a Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the third year of a Three-Year Law Course after graduation are also eligible, provided they can demonstrate proof of acquiring the Law qualification before taking up the role of Law Clerk-cum-Research Associate.
(3) The Candidates should possess research and analytical skills, writing abilities, and computer proficiency, including familiarity with information retrieval from various search engines/ processes like e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.
SCI Law Clerk Selection Process:
The SCI Law Clerk 2024 selection process shall be conducted in three phases:-
✔ Part I – Multiple Choice Questions, testing the candidates’ ability to understand and apply the law and comprehension skills.
✔ Part II – Subjective Written Examination covering writing and analytical skills.
✔ Part III – Interview.

The candidates should upload scanned copies of signatures and photographs, etc.
