Principal Consultant & Chief Technology Officer: ₹ 1,00,000 to ₹ 2,00,000/-
Manager: ₹ 50,000 to ₹ 80,000/-
Consultant: ₹ 75,000 to 1,50,000/-
Junior Executive: ₹ 25,000 to ₹ 30,000/-
Associate Consultant: Salary will be commensurate with the experience.

Age Limit:

General Manager: 35 to 60 years
Deputy Manager: 25 to 40 years
Chief Operating Officer: 40 to 60 years
Principal Consultant & Chief Technology Officer: 40 to 60 years
Manager: 30 to 50 years
Consultant: 30 to 60 years
Junior Executive: 25 to 40 years
Associate Consultant: 30 to 60 years

Educational Qualifications:

1. General Manager (Marketing): MBA (Marketing) + Project Management Certification (PMT or PRINCE 2. Minimum 10 years of business development experience in Telecom/IT/Infrastructure.
2. Deputy Manager (Marketing): MBA (Marketing) + Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in the Telecom/IT/Infrastructure domain.
3. Chief Operating Officer (COO): BE/BTech/M.Sc in Electronics and Communications/Computer Science/Electrical or equivalent. Minimum 20+ years of experience.
4. Principal Consultant & Chief Technology Officer: BE/BTech/M.Sc in Electronics and Communications/Computer Science/Electrical or equivalent. Minimum 20+ years of experience.
5. Manager (Internet Services): B.E or B.Tech minimum 5 years of experience working in the networking industry, dealing with network users, Project Management experience, and customer service.
6. Consultant (GPON): Engineering Degree/Diploma in ECE/Communication/Electrical/Computer Science/IT From a recognized University and relevant experience for the subject matter of 7 years or more.
7. Consultant (Network Planning): Engineering Degree/Diploma in ECE/Communication/Electrical/Computer Science/IT From a recognized University and relevant experience for the subject matter of 7 years or more.
8. Junior Executive: B.E/B.TECH/Diploma in ECE/Communication/Electrical from recognized University with minimum 2 years’ experience.
9. Consultant/Routing Manager – IP/(MPLS): Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering or Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum 07 years experience.
10. Associate Consultant: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) with IT or Computer Science Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 05 years experience.
