Director (Operations): Engineering Graduate in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical or Electronics and Communication Engineering. Desirable – MBA. Minimum 25 years experience.
Executive Director / Business Development: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification. Applicants holding MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Minimum 10 years experience.

UPMRC Director Pay Scale: ₹ 1,80,000 – 3,40,000/- (IDA Pattern) along with other allowances /perks /privileges as applicable for the post as per UPMRC rules
UPMRC Director Educational Qualifications:
✔️ The applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Govt. recognized Institute/ University.
✔️ Desirable: MBA or Master’s in Civil Engineering from Govt. a recognized Institute/ University.
UPMRC Director Experience: An applicant from the Government or public sector should have at least 20 years of experience in Group ‘A’ or equivalent executive grade.
UPMRC Director Selection Process:
✔️ Personal interview.
✔️ Medical Fitness Examination.
