Age Limit (as of 01-07-2023)
- Minimum Age Limit: 21 Years
- Maximum Age Limit: 40 Years
- i.e., they must not have been born earlier than 2nd July 1983 and not later than July 1, 2002.
- For PH candidates, the maximum age limit: is 55 years
- i.e. they must not have been born before 02 July 1968.
- Age relaxation is Applicable as Per the Rules.

Qualification
- For Staff Nurse (Male) (Medical Education and Training Dept, Medical and Health Services Dept): Candidates have Passed the High School Exam With a Science & Intermediate (10+2), Diploma (General Nursing and Midwifery/ Psychiatry) Or B.SC Nursing Degree.
- For Staff Nurse (Female) (Medical Education and Training Dept, Medical and Health Services Dept): Candidates have Passed the High School Exam With a Science & Intermediate (10+2), Diploma (General Nursing and Midwifery) Or B.SC Nursing Degree.
