UPSC CSE Notification 2024 | UPSC IAS Exam 2024: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has published the Examination Notification of Civil Services Examination (CSPE), 2022. The Preliminary Examination of the Civil Services Exam for recruitment of various Government Services and Posts for filling up a total of 861 Vacancies will be held by UPSC on 26th May 2024. The last date for registration of online applications is 5th March 2024.

✅ UPSC Civil Service Age Limit 2024:
- 21 to 32 years on the 1st of August 2024 [i.e., he must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1992 and not later than 1st August 2003].
- Age Relaxation: 05 Years for SC / ST, 03 Years for OBC and Deference Services Personnel, 05 Years – if a candidate had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from the 1st January 1980 to the 31st December 1989, 05 Years for Ex-Serviceman and 10 Years for Physically Handicapped Candidates.

✅ UPSC Civil Service 2024 Qualifications:
- The candidate must hold a Degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.
✅ UPSC Civil Service Exam 2024 Plans:
The Civil Services Examination will consist of two successive stages:-
- Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination (Objective type)
- Civil Services (Main) Examination

✅ UPSC Civil Service Preliminary Exam Pattern 2024:
(1) Both the question papers will be of the objective type (multiple choice questions), and each will be of two hours duration.
(2) The General Studies Paper-II of the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination will be a qualifying paper with minimum qualifying marks fixed at 33%.
(3) The question papers will be set in Hindi and English.

✔️ ₹ 100/- for General and OBC Category Candidates; The fee excepting Female/ SC / ST / PH Candidates.
✔️ The payment can be made either by remitting the money in any Branch of SBI by Cash by using the Net Banking facility of any bank or by using Visa/ Master/ RuPay/ Credit/ Debit Card/ UPI Payment.
✅ How To Apply UPSC Civil Service Exam 2024:
Eligible candidates are required to apply online using the website upsconline.nic.in. Candidates must first register at the One Time Registration (OTR) platform, available on the UPSC Commission’s website, before filling out the online application for the examination. The OTR registration must be completed only once in a lifetime and can be done at any time throughout the year.
The candidates should upload recent Photographs, Signatures and photo copies of relevant documents/certificates. The last date to receive online applications for the Civil Services Examination 2024 is 05/03/2024 (Tuesday) till 6:00 PM.
