UPSC IES ISS Notification 2024 for 48 Vacancies Apply online through UPSC Online application portal upsconline.nic.in: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) invites online applications from eligible Indian Citizens (Male / Female / Transgender) for the recruitment examination of the Indian Economic Service (IES) / Indian Statistical Service (ISS) Examination 2024. A combined competitive examination for recruitment to Junior Time Scale of the Services will be held by the UPSC commencing from 21st June 2024 by the Rules published by the Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation in the Gazette of India dated the 10th April 2024. The UPSC IES ISS 2024 online registration is scheduled to end on 30th April 2024.

✅UPSC IES/ISS Age Limit:
✔️ 21 to 30 Years as of 1st August 2024.
✔️ i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August 1994 and not later than 1st August 2003.
✔️ The upper age relaxation – 05 years for SC / ST, 03 years for OBC, Up to 03 years for Defence Service Personnel, 05 years for Ex-servicemen and 10 years for PwD.
✅ UPSC IES/ISS Eligibility Criteria:
✔️ Indian Economic Service (IES): Post-graduate degree in Economics/ Applied Economics/ Business Economics/ Econometrics from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutes established by an Act Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.
✔️ Indian Statistical Service (ISS): Bachelor’s Degree with Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics as one of the subjects or a Master’s degree in Statistics/ Mathematical Statistics/ Applied Statistics from a University incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other Educational Institutes established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.

✅ UPSC IES/ISS Application Fee:
The fee should be made either by depositing the money in any Branch of the State Bank of India (SBI) by cash, by using the net banking facility of SBI or by using a Visa/ Master Credit/ Debit Card.
✔️ ₹ 200/- for General and OBC category candidates.
✔️ No fee for SC / ST / PH candidates.
✔️ No fee for all female candidates
✅ How to Apply for UPSC IES/ISS Recruitment 2024?
➢ For Applying UPSC IES ISS Exam 2024, the eligible candidates are advised to Apply Online through the UPSC Online Portal (www.upsconline.nic.in).
➢ The applicant is to register himself/ herself first at the One Time Registration (OTR) platform.
➢ The applicants are required to enter basic details, and qualification details and upload relevant documents.
➢ The closing date for Online Applications is 30/04/2024 (Tuesday) up to 6:00 PM.
